Field Supervisor – Cleaning Operations

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Supervisor to lead our cleaning crews on-site across Kingston and St. Andrew. You'll make sure every home and office we clean is spotless, on time, and done to New Kingston Cleaning's standard.

What you'll do

• Oversee cleaning crews on-site at client homes and offices.
• Assign daily tasks and job checklists to each cleaner and keep jobs on schedule.
• Carry out quality checks before sign-off and fix any issues on the spot.
• Train new cleaners on our methods, chemical safety, and checklists.
• Track attendance, supplies, and equipment for each crew.
• Report daily on completed jobs, quality issues, and client feedback to management.
• Handle client questions on-site professionally and protect client privacy.
