Computer Concepts Ltd, an IT company in Kingston, has a vacancy for an experienced Technical Support Officer to handle networking, camera systems and PC support.
What you will do
- Support Microsoft Windows networking environments
- Install and administer analog and IP camera systems
- Run and maintain Category 5 and 6 network cabling
- Diagnose and repair PCs and laptops
What you need
- At least 8 active years in a Microsoft Windows networking environment
- 5 or more years of analog and IP camera installation and administration
- At least 7 years of experience with Category 5 and 6 network cabling
- Diagnostic skills for PCs and laptops
- Valid motor car driver's licence
- Must live in Kingston or St. Catherine
- Must be between 30 and 50 years of age
- Working knowledge of Active Directory is a distinct advantage
- Experience with Fortinet firewall deployment and administration is a distinct advantage
